The Beach House – 4580 Lakeshore Drive
Located right on the lakeshore, The Beach House offers a warm and inviting setting surrounded by the beauty of nature. A large screened porch provides picturesque views of the water, with garden doors that open to bring the fresh lake breeze indoors. This comfortable venue accommodates up to 125 guests and features a warming kitchen, wifi, and a performance platform to support a variety of events. Please note grilling is not allowed at the beach house or the park.

The Club House - 470 Clubhouse Drive
Embracing the charm of Low Country style, The Club House welcomes you with a spacious, inviting wrap-around porch that’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding scenery. Inside, beautiful hardwood floors add warmth and character to the space, creating an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere for your event.
This venue offers a small warming kitchen for your convenience and reliable wifi to keep you connected throughout your gathering. With the capacity to host up to 156 guests, The Club House is an ideal setting for everything from intimate celebrations to larger receptions.
Please note that grilling is not permitted on or around the Club House, helping to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all visitors.

The Facility Rental Fee Schedule lists all fees for each facility. Contact the Facility Manager at Rentals@PineLakeGA.net to confirm that your date remains available. Property / business owners and residents of Pine Lake receive discounted rentals. If you fall into one of those categories please use the Property / Business Owners and Resident Rental Agreement below.
Steps to reserve a venue:
1. Submit the Rental Agreement.
2. Receive email confirmation of the date from the Facility Manager.
3. Pay the appropriate deposit either on-line or in person.
4. Arrange for security if event will end after 10:00 PM.
