The Administration Department has the responsibility for numerous functions that facilitate the effective and efficient running of the city as well as preserving and providing public access to the City's official records.
This Department handles the following:
- Finance and Accounting
- Human Resources
- Permitting and Licensing
- Planning and Zoning
- Purchasing and Contract Management
- Agendas and Meeting Minutes
- Maintainance of all official Public Records
- Coordination of Public Works Projects
- Administration of Facility Rentals
- Soil Sedimentation and Erosion Control permitting and monitoring for compliance
- Ensuring compliance with Charter, Code and Policies of the City
Copies of all Public Records are available through the Clerk's Office by submitting an Open Records Request Form.
